Pippin Cottage
Pippin Cottage is a quaint stone and slate built holiday retreat situated just off the main street (behind Dalton & Hague Solicitors), in walking distance to all that the town has to offer.
The cottage offers two bedrooms (one double and one single room) and sleeps up to four, with a fully equipped kitchen, newly fitted shower room, television with DVD player, CD player and wood/coal burning stove. As well as the stove there are night storage heaters throughout and a dry cupboard under the stairs for those wet boots and coats.
There is a large private patio area to the rear of the cottage where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views.
There is ample parking to the rear of the cottage through the narrow drive way, off the main street.

Ruby's Cottage
Ruby's Cottage is Grade II listed and part of a former mill on the outskirts of Sedbergh. The cottage has been restored to a very high standard providing cosy self-catering holiday accommodation for up to four people, although, with the open beck (stream) very close to the rear of the cottage, it would not be considered suitable for children.
The cottage is situated close to the River Rawthey with many picturesque riverside walks and for the more adventurous 'The Howgills' offer miles of walking for the beginner and more experienced alike.

Bainbridge Court
Each of the five individual self-contained maisonettes has the capacity to sleep up to four people in two bedrooms with an extra couple if needed on a bed-settee in the living room.
The ground floor unit is especially designed to cater for accompanied wheelchair users who may benefit from the level access from the car park and roll-in shower with accessible handrails. This unit has a Visit Britain 4 star rating with a grade 2 accessibility rating.
The other 4 units in Bainbridge Court have a 3 star rating and are similar but are maisonettes with a living room / kitchen on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor.floor.

Fell House
Stay in the centre of town in this luxurious and spacious conversion of an old grain warehouse. Sleeping for up to 14, but flexible enough to provide a weekend away for a couple too. Walk straight on to the Howgills, and no drive back from the pub in the evening!
